Abstracts

Abstract submissions is now closed.

Abstracts should be submitted under one of the following themes:

Presentation Themes:

  • Conducting Oxides
  • Diamond
  • Germanium
  • Magnetic semiconductors
  • Nanostructures
  • Nitrides
  • Organic semiconductors
  • Photovoltaics
  • Positron annihilation spectroscopy
  • Rare earths in semiconductors
  • Silicon
  • Silicon Carbide
  • Theory

The deadline for receipt of abstracts is April 30th 2011

After receipt and review of the Abstracts, on the basis of the content and originality, the Programme Committee may choose to invited one or two submitting authors to present Invited Talks, in addition to those already advertised.

Please ensure you are familiar with the guidelines below for submitting an abstract:

General Guidelines

  • Abstracts should be typed into a MS-Word document and saved on your computer for later reference.
  • The filename of the Word document should contain alpha/numeric characters only with no spaces.
  • The abstract should be typed in Arial font, size 11pt.
  • The abstract text should be limited to 400 words.
  • Please include the title, but no other headings, author details etc. should be included as you enter this information later when completing the online form.
  • Paragraphs must be separated by an empty line and must be left justified. Do not indent the first line of a paragraph.
