Full Registration includes conference registration, attendance at all sessions, welcome reception, a conference satchel, daily catering and the Elsevier proceedings.
Student Registration (Full time research students) includes conference registration, attendance at all sessions, welcome reception, a conference satchel, daily catering. Does not include Elsevier proceedings, though this is available for purchasing during the registration process for $160.
Tutorial Day Registration includes registration and catering for the Tutorial Day on 16 July 2011. Does not include registration for the ICDS-26 Conference.
Accompanying Person Registration includes registration, attendance at the welcome function, conference dinner and a walking tour. Does not include Elsevier proceedings, daily catering or attendance at sessions.
Conference Function Tickets
Welcome Function: Sunday 17 July at the Rutherford Hotel.
Delegates: Welcome Function ticket included in Registration
Conference Dinner: Thursday 21 July at the World of Wearable Arts and Classic Car Museum.
This includes the opportunity to view this amazing Museum and have dinner in the stunning surrounds of the Gallery
Delegates: $35 each (ICDS subsidises the conference dinner for delegates)
Special Requirements: Every effort will be made to ensure delegates with special needs are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance or catering please give details of your requirements as part of the registration process.
Registration Terms and Conditions
- All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.
- If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund of conference fees, less an administration charge of $100.00 will be made, providing notification is received by 17 June 2011. After that date, no refunds will be made.
- No refunds are available for cancellations of registrations made within a corporate package. However, replacement attendees are welcome at anytime.
- The Privacy Act 1993 provides that, before your name and address details can be published in the list of delegates either for distribution to fellow delegates or any other party, you must give your consent. If you did NOT tick ‘Privacy Required’ on the first page of the online registration form, your details will be published in the list.
- If, for reasons beyond the control of Organising Committee, the ICDS-26 Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
